Spending too much time deciding can be harmful

Many of us spend far too much time deciding between options. This can be crippling - think Paralysis by Analysis.

Build better habits when making choices. For example, set a time limit. Decide to delegate the decision-making process to someone else. Evaluate if even making the purchase is worth the struggle. Many times, it may not be!
